Åter è un tagliere in legno. L’idea nasce dal voler dare una seconda vita agli alberi di ulivo, da qui il suo nome: åter è il prefisso svedese “ri-” (riuso, riciclo, rimedio).
Il tagliere è un ottagono il cui design può essere declinato in mille diverse variazioni, permette di tagliare fette di pane sempre dello stesso spessore e ha anche un piccolo spazio per raccogliere gli scarti.
Åter is a wooden cutting board. The idea behind it is to give a second life to olive trees, hence its name: åter is the Swedish prefix for “re-” (reuse, recycle, remedy)
It consists in a simple octagon whose design can be various and with thousands of different declinations.
It is a perfect item to have food cut in always the same slice and it also has a tiny place to temporarily collect foodwaste.
